FOOD Manufacture, 27th Jan 2021 - Calls for register of severe allergic reactions

The creation of a national register to record severe allergic reactions to food could speed up investigations into similar incidents and help prevent future cases, according to the Charted Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
